Call for Demos (draft)

ICISS-2026 invites practice papers from academia and industry practitioners showcasing their live systems centred around Security and Privacy guarantees. This track facilitates showcasing of innovative security products, PoC/MVP, industrial use-cases involving S&P assurances or key-learning points for S&P community. This track provides the opportunity for industry practitioners, research labs, start-ups, and academic institutions to showcase their innovative technologies and products. The submissions under this track are focused on technology and innovation developed towards solving real-world problems. The demo should be the result of original innovative work including solving novel technical or research problems and/or creating novel UI/UX.

Authors of accepted demo track papers will have the option to do either a recorded demo or a live demo at the conference site. Recorded demos will consist of a pre-recorded video. We encourage the authors to present live demos at the conference site. Papers submitted with accepted demos will appear in the proceedings of the conference, which will be published in Springer LNCS. The Industry/Demo presentations will be co-located with main conference track and are provided with presentation desk where they can set up their demo which provides them a perfect opportunity to network and exchange ideas with internationally recognized researchers. We strongly encourage start-ups and university consortia to participate in this track. We also encourage open-source projects related to security domain be part of this track.

Researchers and practitioners are encouraged to submit contributions, in the form of 12-page papers using LNCS template, describing practical applications of technology, and how the proposed security technology can help in practical scenarios and/or commercial use cases. There is no requirement of blinding the submission. The authors are encouraged to provide the link to their github repositories or demo set up URL as a footnote on the first page. The papers will be reviewed following the same procedure as regular papers, where novelty, presentation quality and experimental validation will be considered. Except the page length and blinding requirement, authors are advised to follow the submission guidelines listed in the CFP for Regular Papers.
